Welcome to the Climate Registry Information System (CRIS)
The Climate Registry is a non-profit organization established in early 2007 to calculate and publicly report greenhouse gas emissions in a common, accurate and transparent manner consistent across industry sectors and borders. Thirty-nine U.S. states and the District of Columbia, 10 Canadian provinces and two territories, three Native Sovereign Nations, and six Mexican states are the Directors of the organization.
About the System
CRIS is a voluntary reporting registry that allows worldwide organizations to calculate and publicly report all six internationally-recognized Kyoto Greenhouse Gases (GHGs). It is designed to support complete, transparent and accurate reporting of your organization’s GHG emissions inventory, and to reduce the reporting burden for organizations by providing a unified GHG registry.
CRIS is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 and later and Mozilla Firefox version 2.0. We are currently working to make CRIS compatible with other browsers.
